Fal will volunteer to help tend to those more badly hurt than he is. What do we do with Alatyr? Should we bury him here? Fal will do what he can to help. At some point, he'll need to rest so he can recharge his energy.

Salix will approach Ran and offer his healing services. He will use his "cure light wounds" and "cure minor wounds" on Ran (if he is still the most injured).

Harp will listen as best he can, but between the injuries suffered in the earlier fight, his exertions in healing as best he could, his grief over the death of Alatyr, and his efforts in burying his friend, he is not likely to stay awake very long. He will ask Ran if Harp can take the last watch. He will also use his healers kit to try and sew up some of the gashes and tears in his flesh and keep infection from setting in.

"Thank you Salix. I don't think I have ever felt closer to death."
The words rang hollow in Rans head. The truth was, death didn't really frighten him. Ran had lost a lot of care for his own life when his mother died. He did not actively seek death, but he would put almost any other life ahead of his own.
To the group, Ran says "Our friend Alatyr was a brave man. He fought with us as a brother. We will honor him with a proper burial, but it must wait at least a moment. Let us hear what our friend Surin has discovered. Alatyr would not want us to waste time in completing his quest. We must not allow this tragic happening to deter us from our task."
