Kal's got nothing to say. I really wanna get that conversation with Salin finished up (I've got 1 or 2 more exchanges and I'm done), but Jake seems to be MIA.

I might just have Kal continue speaking, if Jake doesn't appear in the next day or so.

"We do not know for sure, but we expect that there is only one stone in the testing grounds. There is still much of the prophecy that we are trying to figure out how it applies. We think that the locations of other gems are hidden in the text but can not figure it out."

OOC: Mark, I have some access, but it is a little bit limited, so I will summarize what I would like Harp to do.

While Harp recognizes the value of the potions and scrolls of healing, if the group encounters anyone or anything like they did on the first adventure, then this might not be enough. Harp will ask about a Wand of Cure Light Wounds, though I am sure that the powers that be will say " We have provided all that is needed" or some such B.S. - Harp will push the subject some suggesting that the small cost of such an item is well worth it when compared to failure due to injury.

Harp will still need to pick up his armor before he leaves.

Mark, I am not able to sign onto Sakeriver to the point where I can make changes - I left myself signed in on my home computer and it will not let me resign in. I don't think we will have an encounter before I get home on Sunday, but if you have time, as I asked before, would you mind checking my stat sheet to make sure I have done everything correctly?

Also, BTW, my squire was very pleased at being involved in the story and he wants to know when Harp will be of sufficient level so he can take a squire along with him. I told him that squire are generally the first to die in these types of games.

Subject The quest

Salix has nothing to ask. He will, however, visit his horse, cast "Speak with animals" and let him know that he is going to be gone for a long time. He is being left in the care of Quarion and should obey any commands received from him. Salix will miss him and will come back to collect him as soon as possible
