Kal and Harp, go on or not?
Subject Kal and Harp
Kal looks at Harp, wounded. "It wasn't that, I'm trained better that. Good planning is more valuable than one spell of strength. I saw that something was being killed in there, and I wasn't going to standby and find out afterwards if it was innocent.
I didn't require that everyone else followed me, but I wasn't going to allow an innocent to die if I could do something about it. If you wish to blame someone for the party's wounds, blame our gods for creating us with hearts of good and the will to do what is right. "

I understand the feeling, Kal. My Order believes in protecting the innocent from evil, even at the cost of our lives. But here, we have to balance that with our higher purpose, which is to survive and complete these testing grounds. I am not agry with you (well, not too much), because I understand that what you did you did out of a sense of right. What I am asking you is that as we move foward, to balance that desire with our larger goal. You aren't alone in this - I am having the same struggle."

"You don't think the testing ground will be testing our moral fibre as well as our strength of arms? "

Subject Go on or not
"Since day and night are meaningless in this place, we don't really need to spend any more time then is absolutely necessary for us to get the rest, prayer, and study that we need to restore our blessings and powers. I suggest that we retreat from this foul room and spend just enough time to allow for recuperation to prepare for our next challenge."
Ranthir pauses before adding "We were grievously wounded in this battle and we need to be careful as things seem to be getting more and more dangerous. We rushed into this room, not knowing what we would be facing and I hope we will not have to do that again. I am greatful for the companions we have here and I want to be able to continue working with all of you in the future." At this last comment he looks to Kal and gives a slight nod.
Kal had been reckless rushing into this battle, but it seemed that he had believed that the ghasts may have been harming an innocent. Perhaps, thinks Ranthir, I have misjudged Kal a little.

Kal nods in agreement with Ran. We should rest, but we shouldn't waste any time.

Subject Resting rules
Just to let you know, by the rules, spell casters can not get their spells back more than once in a 24 hour period. Since it has been only 3/4 -1 hour since the party took on the dragon, they would have to spend almost 23 hours before the spell casters could get their spells back again.

Also, we won't know if anyone got diseased from the ghouls for another 24 hours from the time the character was bitten.
