Raja Takes Over For Karl
Subject: Re: The Second Day: The hunt; Strange meetings 4
I'm actually surprised not to see him yet. He said he would be back by Sunday. Perhaps someone whisked him away to Fire Island for debauchery? He did say this week was a vacation...

I thought he meant that he'd be back Sunday, 9/7.

Subject: an update from karl
I just got an email from a workmate of Karl's. He is on vacation from work, (which we knew), but his home email is down. He won't be back for a week. He has asked for someone to take over playing Farron for this week, so as not to stop the game. We do this on my other game as well, so it's not that unusual.
So, my thought is that we should have Raja play Farron, and just have him play both mages. Does this work for everyone?
If so, go ahead and do Farron's turn, Raja.

He's back in Nova Scotia until this Saturday. He does have access to the internet, and I'm sure he's online daily, it's just not a steady thing like it was while he was working.
On a completely unrelated note, dude, I ransacked your room. So, if you come back and your stuff is everywhere, that was my bad. But I needed some DVD action and you were the only man who could help me ;)

By "looking over Farron's sheet" I actually meant "not noticing that WordPad had crashed trying to open the .doc."
My folks don't have Office. However, I DO have Farron's current memorized spell list around here somewhere from an email exchange we had about spells. If you could send me his equipment list in a .rtf file or just plain text, that'd be really handy.
Update: Okay, so I DON'T have Farron's current spell list here. I thought I had saved the e-mail with it, but unfortunately it appears to have been deleted.
So, Ty, I need Farron's character sheet in .rtf format before I can do his turn. I'm trying to convert it here myself but not having any luck. If I can eventually extract the text I'll just send out the turn straight away, but I'm not hopeful. I'll almost certainly need it in .rtf or .txt format (either is fine for me).
I'll make sure to keep checking my email twice daily, and more if I'm home.

Er, I sent out a message before the one I'm replying to here, but maybe it only went to Ty or Dan or something, because I didn't get it.
At any rate, Farron's character sheet is inconvertible as far as I can tell, even by apps that claim to be able to read the .doc format. So I'm SOL until I see Farron's spell list and whatnot. I'm going to bed now, but as usual I'll check my e-mail first thing in the morning. :)
