Hypnotic pattern may not last that long-- 2 rounds + whatever Farron's concentration score may be.
Be prepared for more arrowing.

Actually, I don't think it is stopping anyone from arrowing even now. Farron changed his aim to avoid catching Garyth and Rennik in the crossfire and ended up "hypnotizing" a section of the forest that as far as we know is unoccupied. (At least that's what I got from Ty's writeup.)
